The Water Must Flow

A well running sewer line is integral to the health of the home and those who live in it.

A drain free of blockages ensures that everything flows out. Flaws like cracks, debris, or separations can cause problems like; water spilling into the soil (which could cause foundation issues), or backups through the sink or bathtub. And no one wants a wastewater pond in their home or their yard.

Traditional home inspections look into everything above ground, making a mostly complete inspection. We specialize in that last, often overlooked, but so very important part underground.

How We Do It

Private Eye Drain Inspection uses sewer camera technology, allowing us to see inside your home or new home's drain line to inspect for any flaws in the system. It is the only way to be sure.

Just one example of what we've seen: Pictured is a fairly severe pipe separation. Water is flowing out and into the ground. This also has potential to stop waste from flowing out, eventually leading to a clogged drain.
